Welcome to the team, Pearl!

We would like to welcome Pearl Rendon to the United Way of Steele County. Rendon's grant funded position as Youth Support Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted interventions that aim to keep local students engaged and attending school regularly. She resides in Owatonna and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position. She's currently being trained in to the YSC position but will soon begin taking referrals from the Blooming Prairie, Medford, and Owatonna school districts. Welcome to the team, Pearl!
