When you give to the United Way, you can be sure your gift is put to work nurturing our local youth and famalies, increasing self-esteem, idependance and building healthy communities.
The Minnesota's Charities Review Council recommend that no more than 30-35% of a non-profit's budget be spent on administration and funding costs. In fact, the Unted Way of Steele County spends only 18 percent on these costs which is way below the industry standard. So, $ 0.82 per dollor goes directly to prpograms that help local people.
