Target Outcomes
Outcome One Community members can meet their basic needs: Suffiencent, nutritional food Adequate, seasonal clothing Stable, affordable housing Outcome Two Adults have the essential educational and vocational skills to be responsible, successful employees Outcome Three Adults have the necessary relationship skills and social support to be responsible, successful parents. Outcome Four Community members of diverse abilities, ages, national origions and races overcome barriers to employment, independant living, social opportunities and civic engagement Outcome Five Community members live, learn, work and play in safe, empowering environments free of emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Outcome Six Children & youth have the skills and support needed to Develop positive, healthy relationships Excel at learning Avoid drugs and alcohol Prepare for the workforce Contribute to their community Outcome Seven Community members reduce health risks by employing prevention strategies and engaging in wellness activities Outcome Eight Community members avoid or overcome chemical dependancy Outcome Nine Community members have access to affordable: Vision care Dental care Medical care Prescription drugs Mental health services Outcome Ten Community members overcome the impact of natural disasters and emotional, financial and legal crises
